This is a great hotel to stay if you want to be close to Byward Market and other points of interest. Rooms are very clean and the service is great. Full breakfast with eggs, pastries, coffee and tea. I have stayed here multiple times and this hotel has never disappointed. The area around the hotel is noisy and doesn’t look very safe but I have never had any incidents, just like any other downtown area need to be watchful at night

The hotel is in the market area and Parliament. The bedroom and bathoom were renovated, big and clean. The room even included a kitchenette. Breakfast was great with a good variety of food to choose from. Staff was efficient and friendly. I will stay again at the hotel whenever I return to Ottawa.

This hotel has thought of everything you might want from a mini-suite to robes, great shampoo etc, a little balcony and comfy beds. The included breakfast was excellent!

Property was well maintained and room was immaculate with everything you need for a short stay.....will definitely be coming back during the summer season and will enjoy having a drink on the balcony. Breakfast was also great with something for everyone and all fresh and delicious. Location was great with Byward Market less than a 5 minute walk away and Parliament Hill also a short 20 minute walk away. A definite winner all around.
