First we could not get a confirmation for early check in until the day we were staying - at that point it was too late. We were told if we wanted to guarantee early check in, then we could take the room for an extra day. Then the room we were given had a problem with the heat and would not go above 69F. The second room would only go to 22C. We wanted to use the pool and hot tub, but were not told u til after we arrived that there were “many” hockey teams staying at the hotel and the hot tub and pool were over capacity with children our entire stay. The tv in our room would randomly shut off. We asked for late check out and we were given an extra hour an were told we would be charged if we needed more than that.
