Very pleasant surprise!

I live in the Ottawa area and never had reason to stay here, but decided I would for business purposes. I was extremely pleasantly surprised! Very modern amenities, great buffet breakfast, comfortable bed and very friendly staff!

All new, renovated as we were the first one entering the room. Open Buffet was great, coffee are offered in the lobby all day long. The coffee in the room (Timothy’s), fresh and tasty.

Very friendly staff. The receptionist who helped us with check in, Ally, made us feel welcomed and I really admire her professionalism and kindness. Loved the room we stayed in, clean, spacious and the beds were very comfortable. We also enjoyed their pool and breakfast.

Great place to stay

Hotel is very comfortable and clean. Hot breakfast was served and the whole family enjoyed it. The only issue was with the room service. They cleaned the bathroom but not the room. Beds weren’t made up and room wasn’t properly cleaned. Moreover, our room door wasn’t locked when we got back. We informed the hotel staff and they said they’d take it up with the service staff. Overall, the staff were great and welcoming. Convenient location with lot of amenities around. Will stay again

The front desk staff and breakfast staff were exceptional. For the cost of the hotel, we had higher expectations. Things were broken and not maintained. Weight room was small and limited with equipment.

Hotel room was in good condition. No caffeinated coffee in the room, only decaffeinated. Pool and fitness looks new and in good condition, but the pool water was cloudy and there was some mess on the pool deck that needed to be cleaned.
