The lady in the reception wasn't very helpful 😕 the room was good and very spacious just the location we weren't happy about, underneath the stairs, cars blocked the path for our trolley with our heavy luggage on it. We used to ask the reception to allow us to leave our heavy luggages in the storage or in looks like small meeting room next to the reception area. That's where we're allowed to put our luggages. But that time we weren't allowed as apparently it is full. i saw it wasnt. The lady wasn't helpful. 😔😔 the lady who took us to the airport was very nice.

Airport shuttle would have been useful

Lots of luggage space, friendly and helpful staff

Dreadful - oversold our room, left us without a room at the hotel at 1am, with the backup option 15 min shuttle away. Did not let us know ahead of time, instead surprised us upon check in. Stay somewhere else nearby. Disgraceful.

Clean, well maintained, easy check-in, easy parking, friendly staff

Clean, spacious room with great amenities and a great location! Bathroom was fantastic.
