No problem with hotel issue with your end not releasing money to hotel so had to pay again on arrival! Hotel advised they have been having issues with Expedia so won’t be booking through you again.

The Receptionist /manager on duty was very helpful and professional. Nothing was too much trouble. All Housekeeping staff were also helpful and again nothing was too much trouble. Apologies for not gettig names - date of stay Friday 6th - 8th Feb 26 (over weekend).
