Come and enjoy this beautiful, 2 bedroom, gulf-front, corner unit, condo on the 16th floor at Tropic Winds. You'll enjoy a lovely kitchen, laundry room, a HUGE balcony, and a Gulf-front master bedroom. As a bonus, this condo offers two FREE beach chairs each day of your stay (March 1st to October 31st)!

The kitchen is all new with many upgrades including granite counters tops and all stainless steel appliances. In addition to the upgrades, the kitchen is stocked with all things needed to prepare a meal for your family/group. You'll find pots, pans, baking ware, cooking utensils, eating utensils, plates, glasses and more. You'll also find microwave, blender, mixer, toaster and coffee pot. All the convenience of home!

The dining area has plenty of room for family/group meals with seating at the dining table and more at the counter with bar stools. Great not only for dining, but social gatherings and playing cards or board games, as well!

Next you'll find the living area which has a direct view of the water! The living area is beautifully decorated with a queen size sofa sleeper, along with side seating, ottoman, lighting, large flat screen TV, DVD player, fans, and draperies for privacy.

This beautiful Tropic Winds unit offers a Gulf view master suite which is accommodated with a king size bed, flat screen television, bedside lighting, a warm décor and ceiling fan. The large sliding door offers access to the balcony which you can open and listen to the gentle sounds of the waves as you drift off to sleep. The master suite has a private master bathroom with a tub/shower combo and bath linens.

The guest room is accommodated with a king size bed with beautiful and comfortable bed linens, bedside lighting, flat screen television with DVD player and ceiling fan. There is access from the bedroom to the second bathroom. The bathroom has a full size tub/shower combination and fully stocked with all bath linens.

The private balcony is among the largest you will find in the area. From the balcony you can view the water connecting with the sky, dolphins jumping, seagulls flying, beach goers walking, parasailing, boating, snorkeling and much, much more. The balcony is completely furnished and provides a relaxing area for enjoying sunsets, sunrises and private dining.

PARKING: A reserved, exclusive use, parking space (located under the building and close to your condo) makes parking a breeze! During spring break and summer, please try to travel in one vehicle if at all possible. All vehicles must display a parking pass on the dash or mirror.

PLEASE NOTE: The Occupancy Limit is 6. Age 25 or older to book. No pets allowed. This is a NO SMOKING property, not even on the balcony. If you are a smoker and intend on smoking at the condo, do not book this property. Smoking is allowed on the sidewalk in front of the building. No parties or large gatherings permitted inside condo. Quiet hours are to be observed. These policies are STRICTLY ENFORCED. Property manager is on-site.

Best condo in the panhandle!

This condo was so clean!! The beds so comfortable! The whole condo had beautiful upgrades. All around the best we’ve found on the panhandle. The rental company was responsive and eager to help whenever we had a question. Highly recommend!

Great Condo, Great Location

Tropic Winds is a great location -- on the beach, and was not crowded. The elevators did not take long, and the property is well maintained. Our condo was clean and nicely decorated. We would definitely book again!

Perfect Condo

This is a perfect place to stay for beach visit. Out of the way of busy downtown PC, close to the donut shop, and right off the beach. The condo was super clean and well furnished.

We loved the location, furnishings and comfort of this condo. We had all we needed to have a wonderful stay. And the view from the balcony was amazing. Spent a lot of time out there- even ate dinner out their one night! Hope to be back soon.

We thoroughly enjoyed our stay at Tropic Winds condo. Condo is beautiful. Views are spectacular. The corner balcony was excellent for watching the sunset and dolphins playing in the Gulf. Location was convenient to so many places to explore. We will be back!

Fantastic!

The pictures do not do it justice! My wife and I had a wonderful time staying in this beautiful rental. The condo was immaculate upon arrival, and check in couldn't be easier. Parking for this unit is on the 2nd floor and it's just steps to the elevator. The view is amazing and just melts all your stress away! We were supposed to stay for 8 nights, but extended for another 8 because we didn't want to leave, and luckily it was available. We highly recommend this rental unit...you won't be disappointed!!

PCB did not disappoint!!

This condo was wonderful! Clean, spacious and up to date decor!! Lots of extras, like beach chairs, an umbrella, sand toys, goggles, kitchen utencils, little ice packs for a small cooler, and plenty of extra pillows! And having a washer and dryer was wonderful to wash towels every day! The balcony was AMAZING!! Nice furniture and stunning views from the 16th floor!!! We will be back!!!

Golf cart?

We overall enjoyed our week very much! Condo looked like the pictures. Linens could be replaced soon, my sheets felt like they were a little worn out. My only issues were with the property not the condo, the pool was really small for the number of people that were using it, and more times than not, there weren’t any chairs for people to sit at next to the pool. Also the parking garage was a nightmare for anyone with a larger truck, SUV , we rented a golf cart for the week only to be told that golf carts are NOT allowed on the property. So we had to park it somewhere else even though we had paid for two spaces and were only using one of them. So although we liked the condo, we will stay somewhere that has a normal parking garage, bigger pool, and allow golf carts for the price we paid here or less, next time.

Great Family Vacation

We enjoyed our stay at Tropic Winds unit 1609! The condo was clean and decorated so pretty. We loved the huge balcony and the expansive view. The bed was comfy too! I would definitely book this condo again in our next trip to PCB!
