The room was great, breakfast included was great, dinner great, enjoyed the pool, staff was very helpful, although one waiter was slow to return. The only disappointment was no beach nearby.

Great stay at a great price

Location was perfect, staff was lovely, pleasant and accommodating. I didn’t eat the breakfast but there was a huge variety of hot and cold foods. Good pool and gym. My view was incredible and could not be beat. Overall, it was a great experience-I would stay there again for sure!

This property is great if you want something central in Panama City. It is right along the sea wall but it is a bit loud as the road traffic is pretty busy. It is good value for money and they have a great pool area and a nice included breakfast buffet.

The hotel room was dirty. The cleaning staff did not ever change the face towel. She only added more towels after I left a tip. The toilet seat was broken an I almost fell twice and had to have repairman come and fix it twice. Not a great experience, I do not recommend

Good stay with some improvements

Very nice clean room and facilities. But when I had some questions that I sent through the «message directly to hotel» function at hotels.com they did not answer any of these. The serving in the restaurant in the evening was slow and unorganized. The breakfast was good with different options.

It's right on the lengthy seawall and you can walk to Casco Viejo from the hotel if you want and the nearby shopping.

Overall we had a great experience, booked two rooms and both were clean and rooms are very spacious. One of the room had a WIFI issue but I assume it’s an isolated issue. Breakfast buffet is excellent except if you are a vegetarian
