My Solo Stay at Paitilla

I really enjoyed my stay at Plaza Paitilla! The reviews pertaining to the food were spot on! Hands down the best hotel food I've eaten anywhere! The staff was polite and friendly with one always greeting me by name, which made me feel very special and why I will never forgive myself that I didn't leave him a tip because I didn't have cash on me! :( My only critique would be I didn't find the room as cleaned as I would have liked. There were finger prints on the bathroom door and it was clear that it hadn't been wiped down. There was also a large water stain on the window curtain which gave the room a icke feeling. Other then this my stay was great! I would stay again!

My stay at this hotel exceeded my expectations! The service was impeccable. The buffet breakfast had several options ranging from a variety of cereals, cheeses, yogurts, pancakes and local dishes. My favorite was the selection of natural juices. Simply delicious! The room was clean and spacious. The pool was clean and absolutely wonderful, surrounded by lush greenery. The location, superb. There is a gift store and hairdressing salon on the property. Very reasonably priced. I recommend visiting this property if you plan on visiting Panama.

The staff was amazing very patient professional and helpful. The hotel was clleaaannnn lol and our room was cleaned before noon everyday and i was there for a week. Breakfast was buffet styled and the food was 10/10. The thing that wasnt so clean was the pool but I'm guessing its because it rained alot plus there was a tree hanging over the kiddies pool so yeah. Almost forgot to mention the view from our room was just wow like there’s nothing else to say. I enjoyed waking up and falling asleep with that view. Yes i love Panama and yes I will be staying at Plaza Paitilla Inn with my family again. Loved it there you guys are amazing. Thank you for an incredible time with exceptional service.

Can’t go wrong with Paitilla

We love this hotel. Great location to both airports. Service is always professional and courteous. Restaurant is good . Breakfast buffet has a variety of foods. It is our go to hotel whenever we travel through Panama City.

Very clean hotel. Love the round building & floor to ceiling windows with city lights at night and ocean views. Dinner was delicious and the breakfast buffet is included. Have stayed here several times and will return. As a gold Expedia member the free bottle of wine and room upgrade is an extra bonus.

The property is in an excellent location have a beautiful view of the Pacific Ocean 1 Reception staff was unhelpful, requested an extra towel or little extra coffee which they refuse to provide 2 room cleaning was terrible there was more in the bathroom and they would not replace the towels that we have used when confronted they say we are out of stock we will bring it over which never came 3 they only provided one bottle of water for the entire trip off three nights and 4 days
