The buffet really plain and serving the same thing. We only experienced one specialty restaurant (Mexican) it was horrible. The staff friendly except the front desk personnel.

Rooms were clean but the walkways were very dirty. Looked like no one mopped the hallways in days. Ongoing construction at the beach was very loud. Would not have stayed at Dreams if we were aware of the loud noise at the beach.

Our room location was perfect as well as the housekeeping. The workers were excellent. The food was okay and the drinks were a little watered down. The resort itself needs to be updated, but is in a great location with great potential. Overall a great place to stay.
