Housekeeping tried to steal my Husband’s luggage. We went to do the checkout and my husband forgot his luggage in the room. He went back in less than 5 min and his luggage was gone. The guy in customer service said he could not do anything, all he could do is just make a report. Long story short. I threaten them with the police and magically the luggage appeared in the room again. Hilton do better!!

Location, is like a ghost city, very expensive, 2 cheese burgers with fries and 2 sodas $68.00. No coffee in the rooms, you have to pay for the coffee in lobby. no toilet paper in the room, the Manager was very rude. At cheeck out my nephew's was luggage got missing, when we asked to call the police all a sudden appears. I will not recommend, this hotel.

The place was clean, comfortable, rooms are great. The customer service was not so great. The front desk lady was not very nice. It was 2 consecutive days that we staid there and you can tell customer service was not their priority. We tried to reserve one night extra online and was having trouble doing so online and when I called the receptionist she said they are all booked. I understand that but I was going to ask a follow up question and she cut me saying we are all booked again and hung up. I think the tone of voice and maybe being a little empathetic goes a long way. When I checked out I did tell the front desk that customer service important and being kind matters for customer service. Also, I would greet when I would leave the hotel

Staff is amazing! Greenline.nuamouv.com is the website for those who need bus transportation to and from hotel to airport. Room service was hot and yummy. You can purchase snacks and toiletries including soap to wash at the laundry. I will recommend and stay here again.
