This was my second stay at Turenne Le Marais and it was as great as the first. The staff are incredible. I don't know all their names, but Brahim, Sylvie, Kanti (the housekeeper), and the other lovely people at the desk were friendly, helpful and conscientious. My room was small, but that's okay. C'est Paris! My bed was very comfortable and the bathroom was clean and well supplied with eco-friendly shampoo and body wash. Housekeeping was excellent. The only thing that should be addressed is the carpeting. It is old, spotted, and needs to be replaced, and a new coat of wall paint wouldn't hurt. The hotel is perfectly located for those who want to venture out in any direction. There are tons of boulangeries, restaurants, boutiques and Monoprix is a few minutes away, as well as bus stops, the métro, and la Seine. I'd like to thank la direction for their outstanding hospitality and personable service. A la prochaine!

The rooms are extremely small. Not even room to open your suitcase on the floor. Good location but rooms/bathrooms not very comfortable. You don’t even want to be in the room as there’s no place to move.

The location in Le Marais was great. The beds were comfortable & the shower was decent with good strength of water flow. The carafe of water in the room was greatly appreciated. The room was warm, very tiny & very outdated. We could hardly have 2 suitcases in the room. The wall paper was scratched & the room needed a definite refresh with new paint, carpet or flooring installed.

The staff were nice but the toilet was so disgustingly obvious that it hadn’t been cleaned. It was feral with urine, hair and poop residue. When brought up to the gentleman at the reception on us stepping out, he informed us he cleaned it himself. Though it was cleaner it was by no means clean and left us wondering what else If anything had been cleaned. Though he was kind there was no apology. The area is good but I definitely wouldn’t stay here and I certainly wouldn’t recommend it. The room was extremely tiny even for Paris standards.

Great location, comfy bed

Nice hotel, friendly staff, close to all the great places in Le Marais and close to the main route to the metro and the Seine. Be prepared that a lot of Parisian motels are really small. The beds were really comfortable, shower nice and hot. We liked being able to open the big windows.

We were so so pleased with this hotel & location. It’s only like 2 blocks from the metro, which we used a ton. But we also loved how you can walk to endless cafe’s restaurant and shopping very close to the hotel. I appreciated that at night you have to buzz the front desk to let you in. Front desk staff was friendly and helpful. The bed was actually SO COMFY and the comforter! We slept amazing. Also, LOVED having the AC, I can’t sleep if my room isn’t freezing. 10/10. Would definitely stay here again if we ever come back Paris.
