5/5 – Elegant Boutique Hotel with Exceptional Hospitality Due to a flight delay, we had to find a hotel last minute—and what a fortunate discovery Boutique Relais Saint-Honoré turned out to be! There was just one room left, and we were so grateful to have found it. From the moment we arrived, the staff gave us a warm and genuine welcome, instantly easing the stress of our travel delay. The hotel itself is beautifully elegant, with exquisite decor and a refined, cozy atmosphere. Our room was stylish and incredibly comfortable—especially the bed, which offered much-needed rest. Despite the unexpected nature of our stay, everything exceeded expectations. This boutique gem offers true Parisian charm with the kind of hospitality that stays with you. Highly recommended!

Hotels.com and the hotel changed the price mid-reservation $100. They also wanted a resort fee. There is nothing there, let alone a resort. Jerome, the reception, was rude, dishonest, & was flat out wrong about the plays, exhibitions, and musicals for the evenings. Because of this, I missed a show I would have loved to have seen. The toilet room is the opposite side from the bath/shower/sink room. It's so small you cannot close the door or get to the toilet paper if you are using the facilities. The room is small. The closet was full of extra bedding so no room there. The heating rack for the towels didn't work. The air conditioning & the heating didn't work.

It’s a small hotel with about 16 rooms. All the staff were very friendly and helpful. The whole hotel is clean and in good condition. Not fancy but great for a 2 night business trip. The amenities are pretty limited and there isn’t really a sitting area for relaxing or work.

What a gem of a hotel. Our group occupied 3 rooms and all were unique and clean, with a great staff. Breakfast was also spectacular. Hotel is close to many restaurants and shopping choices. It is very convenient to the Louvre and the Hop on Hop off bus service. This is an A++ choice for your visit to Paris.

Great location for touring Paris

Easy to locate, in safe neighborhood, central to a wide variety of tourist interests (as long as you can walk, train or Uber to places you want to go). Staff available 24/7, very friendly and accommodating, all spoke English. Daily housekeeping service, French-style breakfast available for $20/person/day (we didn't participate).

We stayed in their family suite. It’s quite charming. It has 2 floors with 2 bedroom with bathroom and a small room with twin size bed and a small toilet room. It’s great for 5 person. Although the toilet in the first floor had an odd position where your knees hit the shower side. It’s not enough space. However, overall experience was wonderful. It’s close to the Louvre. I highly recommend this place.

This was my first time staying at the property. I was with a friend and booked the twin beds room. The room was quaint and very clean. The staff went above and beyond to assist us with several inquiries, from dining to adventures. We were able to walk to many restaurants, the metro, the Sine, and many attracts near by. I would highly recommend the St Honore and we will be staying again on our next trip.

The staff were great! The only problems we experienced were in the duplex. The refrigerator did not work and the main bathroom toilet was positioned in such a way that it was impossible to use without sitting sideways. It was inches from the shower stall.
