Paris July

Great welcome by friendly and efficient young woman on front desk. Kettle with coffee &tea in room. Comfy bed , great soundproofing. Shower was hot and powerful. Occitaine shower gel, shampoo and body lotion provided. There is a safe in the small wardrobe. Only disappointment was the lack of drawer space. The bedside tables and dressing table looked to have drawers but they were just cosmetic and did not open. If you are travelling light and only staying a night it’s manageable but for a longer stay with more cases / clothes it becomes awkward. I suggest a shelf unit be put in corner of bathroom as there are only two drawers under sink to store personal make up and toiletries. A mirror in the actual bedroom would be useful ( there are 3 in the bathroom. We paid (3pm) check out and this was arranged. The location was great for accessing bars and restaurants. Less than 5 min walk from Metro M4 / RER.

Very nice and friendly staff overall — especially welcoming for French-speaking guests. My room was cleaned daily and kept in great condition. The location was also very convenient, with plenty of good food options nearby. One small suggestion: it would be nice to include basic toiletries like a toothbrush and toothpaste in the room. Also, while the staff were lovely, the manager seemed a bit stressed — a more relaxed approach would make the atmosphere even better.

The hotel is not having that restaurant in front of the hotel( maybe a wile a go) but now they have fake Dior clothes

. And a pizza place next to the hotel, across the hotel is Magic Art a Tattoo place
. So the picture the have to represent the across the street is fake. Restaurant is very clean, location is near many restaurants, but the Denis street is run down by fake stores, sex toy stores, a bit shady crape places with little customer service

 my las down point is tha the street says a bit loud at night

 and is not on Le Marais

 is a few streets off of that .

The rooms are very small but still very beautiful and efficiently designed. The entire hotel is cozy and gave us a very unique Parisian experience. Every staff member was friendly and helpful. The location couldn’t be better. Walking distance to all the central attractions and surrounded by excellent restaurants and cafes. Highly recommend for couples. If traveling with older children then recommended getting 2 rooms which worked out well for our family.

The staff was friendly. The rooms were nice, clean, and as pictured. The lobby was small and also the breakfast room. The lobby had a coffee machine but you had to pay for it. Other than the breakfast offering there was no restaurant or bar. The picture shown on the Expedia website is not the hotel.

The hotel is a very nicely maintained boutique hotel in an area that has declined since our last visit to the area in 2024. As of 2025 the vibe is much younger and a bit rougher. There was at least an increase in police presence. The AC was surprisingly sufficient, though there was a lack of counter space.

Very lively area around the hotel, however can be loud very late at the night, still people out and about making lots of noise at 3am. Also, we visited in early May and there was no air conditioning nor could they provide, and it was 80 degrees outside, so we were very hot at night. Besides that, friendly staff and clean room, just small which is expected.
