The reception staff were incredibly rude and unfriendly—definitely not the welcome you expect when checking in. The room itself was a letdown: it smelled musty and old, the pillows had an unpleasant odor, and the air conditioning broke and had to be repaired during my stay. The hotel charges ridiculous prices for basic extras, which made the experience feel like a complete rip-off. The only good thing about this hotel is the accessibility and location. Avoid if you value your comfort and customer service.

Property is more like a 3.5 star. There was some areas of the building that was being remodeled or updated. Staff was friendly. Some minor issues wirh deposit box. Hate to say i had a bit of a roach in the bathroom problem a few nights out of a 4 night stay. Aside from that, it was a good rate for a good property in a great location.

I usually shower at least 3 times a day and they provide only one bath towel and one hand towel per day and the water in the shower was very cold not even lukewarm no matter what time of day and I don’t like cold showers

Needs better upkeep.

Great staff as with most hotels but was made to wait for the room and when we got the room, air conditioning and the safe did not work. they changed our room and it seemed much better until we found that the door does not lock. just push and the locked door will open. On the good side, location is very nice next to the mall for shopping and short walk to the beach. Ok buffet in the morning.

Great staff and location but needs renovation

As with most places, the staff was great and did their best. The problem is the place is old and needs work. The first room they put us in after having to wait until check in time was bad since the air conditioning did not work as well as the room safe. The moved us and we found later that the door does not lock as it can just be pushed open even though the lock was set.

The staff was very rude to me. The toilet was stopped up. I called for a staff member to correct the situation which they never answered the phone. There’s mold in the shower area across my window. They have one vacant building with mold all over the walls on outside.

Mediocre at best

Nice location but good things stop about there. Had to change room twice to get the confirmed bed setup in a room not infested with cockroaches. Plenty of package tourists.
