HOME IMPROVEMENTS: 2025 - both bathrooms renovated, additional new kitchen updates including cabinets and fixtures, fresh interior paint throughout, new smart TVs, new living room furniture. 

HOUSEKEEPING / LINENS: All short-term stays include departure clean service, bed and bath linens, and beds made upon arrival. Linens and housekeeping service are additional costs for monthly stays.

LENGTH OF STAY: Saturday to Saturday weekly stays in summer. Partial week stays may be considered for last minute bookings. Monthly winter rental inquiries are welcome.
