Yes but need more staff to clean rooms quicker, our rooms were not cleaned until late afternoon when we were back in them which guests tend to do during winter months and darker evenings

Slider/runner mechanism on one of the drawers is faulty. The power cable at the rear of the TV was disconnected rendering the TV inoperable - until I manually reconnected it. Room was clean and tidy. Windows can be opened - unlike many hotels where they are sealed.

A hotel to return to again and again
Perfect location with a strong sense of elegance. Lovely clean, comfy and spacious rooms. There were lots of nice little touches, including warm cookies on arrival. The breakfast was great and the staff were really friendly.
