Clean but small rooms, service really friendly.

Simple, small but clean rooms. The staff were really helpful and went the extra mile, even helping us buy a SIM card and arranging onward transport for us. Location is good close to some restaurants and shops, a mall is around 500m away.

Location is not good. No convenient store nearby....road outside is very dark at night....better dont go out at night...Nothing in the hotel for relaxation and entertainment at night after whole day outside....

WiFi以外はお勧め出来るホテルです。

何故かWiFiがよく途切れてしまいました。なん回もパスワードを入れ直さなければなりませんでした。それ以外では全く問題がない、喜んでお勧めできるホテルです。

お勧めできるホテルです。

従業員許育が行き届いていると感じました。どの従業員も会えば笑顔で挨拶や応対してくれます。責任者が絶えず現場であるフロントやロビーにいて気を配っていました。彼のマネジメントには感心しました。プカンバルでは喜んでお勧めできるホテルですね。朝食も良かったです。
