Great place to stay

It was a great place since our family friends live around Liverpool hotel services is the best with the Catholic Club just there for entertainment

We would have liked, to have been asked if we minded having a disabled room but we were not asked. Unfortunately my wife if under 5foot and the toilet was way too high for her, as her feet did not touch the ground when sitting on the toilet. Also there was nowhere in the bathroom to put your toiletries as the shelf was full of toilet paper and tissues. We did enjoy our stay though. Also the mexican receptionist was very helpful and friendly.

The accomodation was wonderful, beautiful views and great facilities. The parking was an issue, with nothing available so had to pay $50 for other parking facility off site. Coffee machine not cleaned - full of mould so couldn’t use - a little disappointing.

The staff were amazing and made my stay outstanding

This was our second stay at Pullman Penrith and we received same warm welcome with bubbles. Staff were very helpful. Hotel is conveniently located, and onsite amenities are great Thank you to our Guest Service Manager, Georgia for going beyond to assist us during our stay. Highly recommend
