This hotel was a very disappointing experience overall. First of all, the cleanliness was extremely poor—the bedsheets were dirty, and the bathroom had an unpleasant smell. The staff was also rude and unprofessional; instead of helping with issues, they kept ignoring or delaying responses. The food quality was equally disappointing. It was neither fresh nor tasty, and the prices were unreasonably high. On top of that, the facilities were not functioning properly—the air conditioning kept turning off, and the Wi-Fi was almost useless. Despite having a good location, staying at this hotel felt like a complete waste of time and money. I would not recommend this hotel to anyone. It’s better to look for other options.

Check in was very easy and the rooms were cleaned. The pool and spa were nice. The kitchen and laundry all were great.

No air con in first room. Got moved into the next door room, air con worked but room was very tired. Don’t look at the carpet, there’s a million stories in there. Toilet door busted and held together with a zip tie! In saying that, bed was comfy, bedding was clean (I checked after reading other comments), the hotel is in a great location and I was there for one night. Good cafe downstairs on the corner, woolies, bws & good choice of restaurants nearby.
