Good friendly hotel. Well located.

The Meriton in Parramatta is in a great location, close to the Ferry & a short walk to the train station, also has a Woolies Metro next door so super convenient. The apartment itself was clean & quiet, only downside was the couch was a little uncomfortable to sit on but other than that it was great. The staff were extremely friendly & helpful, nothing was an issue, we had the pleasure of being served by Marija who was an absolute pleasure to speak with as was Declan, in fact all of the staff were terrific, they were all very happy & seemed to enjoy what they were doing & it certainly showed with the way they treated the hotel guests. We have stayed there before & would definitely stay again. Thank you. Regards, Frankie H

This was a fantastic hotel and was perfect for what I needed. The pool, spa and sauna area was fabulous and loved that the security came and checked in. I felt so safe knowing he was around somewhere. The staff at reception were always so pleasant to deal with and very helpful. Having the shops so close made life easier. Great little coffee shop across the road and the pizza downstairs was delicious!

Staff are extremely friendly, welcoming and helpful, they went above and beyond to make our stay comfortable and memorable. Big thank you to JP and the staff at the front desk.
