They’re under renovation but our room was fine. It wasn’t finished but it was for one night and it was clean & comfortable. Good for the price with free parking.

When we walked into the room, right away we noticed very dirty floors. The tv remote was also very dirty. When we walked into the bathroom, the fridge was in it. There were old cups left inside of the fridge. When we turned towards the shower, we noticed dirty stained up towels and a used washcloth that was never removed. Inside the shower was also fairly dirty and old soap stains on the walls. The toilet was stained up we had to clean it first. Then we went to check the bed out, the blankets were old and ripped. There was hair and dirt everywhere. Even underneath where the alarm clock and phone are, there was someone else’s old nasty socks. The heater/ac was so dirty and dusty, there was no turning it all. Staff was decent, had a good talk w the owner and told him everything.

The room was nice, beautiful view of the water, staff was great. The hotel 1st floor is currently under renovation. There needs to be parking closer to the building overall. Hopefully during renovations, parking is included in the plans to create parking spots close to the office.

Shady people, almost burned down!

The room itself was pretty good & clean. There was some kind of remodel going on and a huge roll off dumpster was positioned very close to the hotel on NW corner below our room, it was filled to the rim with wood & huge amounts of cardboard. The area all around it was littered with the same, and absolute eyesore mess! It never was taken away while we stayed 3 nights. At approx. 3am on our third night I hear a chainsaw running outside (LOUD!) and once fully awake went to raise the shade to see firefighters everywhere tending a dumpster/decking fire that very easily could have burnt my teen son and I alive if they had responded any later. Luckily we weren't evacuated but the room smelled of smoke and needless to say our sleep was minimal. Later that morning around 9am before check out I raised the shade about 12 inches to get some natural light in the room while my son still slept. As I was lying on the bed looking at my phone, a black guy crouched by the window peeping in, shading/cupping his eyes to see inside. He ran off when I jumped up. CREEPY AF!!! I was definitely rattled. The front desk acted like the fire was just another day in Philly, very flippant. I didn't even mention the creeper after that response, didn't feel like they gave a care. We dealt with three different people in the office during our stay and not one of them seemed to have a grasp on the English language, TERRIBLE communication skills. I won't be staying again. Beware.

I like that it's right along the Delaware river and you can see the planes flying into the airport. As well as, a park right next door. Has a hotel shuttle to take you to and from the airport. Also, has some restaurants and a WAWA in walking distance.

Not worth it.

Heating was not working and I had to wait for nearly half the day as owner was out and was the only one who knew how to fix it. Was staying in a very cold room till then.

I absolutely LOVE this hotel. It’s got a lot of character and the newly renovated guest rooms are amazing. The barn door is a super cool touch!! I have to say, the staff here are my favorite out of anywhere I’ve traveled (and that’s a lot lately). Special place in my heart for Ash, always improving things around the hotel and ALWAYS willing to help you out if needed. Love yall and see you again soon! ❤️❤️

Worth the price.

The rooms are quite large and well equiped (Including a fridge and a microwave). As they we're refurbishing the hotel, there was a bit of noise and dust, and a few hours during the afternoon there was no water. Not great, but understandable (and should not happen once the refurbishing is done). The lobby was a bit of a makeshift and check-in took a longer than normal. Staff is friendly and the setting of the hotel is quite nice at the riverbank and next to a park. Shuttle service to the airport was on time at 4am!

Waterfront inn

The facility beautifully sits on Delaware river; giving the most beautiful views. The Cleanliness and safety box is definitely checked off. The neighborhood is quiet and amazing
