The location is ideal for getting around downtown. There are small odds and ends that could use improvement at the hotel. The room I booked was oversold and I was not told until check in that I would have to settle for another option. The fixture holding the shower gel inside the showers fell off before anyone used the bathroom. Complimentary toothbrushes/toothpaste are also unavailable here but staff was able to give directions to closet convenience store.

The staff were very helpful and accommodating. I read online that I could receive a tooth brush and tooth paste upon request which informed how I packed. I did make this request and it was sent to my room promptly. However, there was no hand soap available in the room. When I inquired about receiving some to use in my room with the staff, they simply said that they had run out.

The location and the building are great. On the whole, the hotel is a very good deal. Two things I think could be improved: there should be more drinks available in cans or glass bottles instead of plastic, and there should be a way to opt out of room cleaning when it isn't necessary. Both of these would make the place more environmentally friendly.

I had a good stay and the hotel was adequate. It’s centrally located and everything is within walking distance. I could hear some conversations from a neighboring room and someone going to the bathroom, so soundproofing wasn’t so great. It’s close by Reading Terminal Market and the train station to and from Airport.

Very nice.

Staff and bartenders were super cool. Really nice lobby and outside patio. The 1st lady that I talked to on the phone to confirm that I was coming and that my flight would be late was the worst.. but everyone else made up for it.
