The hotel has comfy rooms and lobby area is wonderful. I cant comment on the dining area since we didnt include breakfast in our stay. Kindly extend my thanks to Sony for accomodating and fulfilling our request for an early check in and still check up on us if we need anything. The hotel style look has a modern classic vibe. I’ve been to many hotels in the middle east and i’d say this hotel makes has a comfy stylish room. It was a good three day stay in this hotel and we’ll probably stay there again if we’ll go back to Philly. Btw the hotel is just walking distance to Philly convention center and reading terminal market. Whatta nice hotel

The hotel itself was nice and accessible but the room heater (or something)where we stayed (721)was noisy all throughout.And on our last morning, there was no hot water in the shower and even on the sink faucet.But staff are friendly and accommodating.

Great center city location, walking distance to stores, shopping and food options. Room and property aesthetic was a great combination of classic and modern. Front desk staff was a little slow, and valet parking was way off on their estimate, but over all would recommend.

We loved the purified water on our floor. The service from the staff from valets, to front desk to bar was impeccable. The decor was modern, warm and inviting. Best of all was the convenient location. If we are in Philadelphia again, I will look for this property.

City of Brotherly Love shown through!

I loved that hotel staff checked in via text each day to see how my stay was going. Super comfortable beds and the City of Philadelphia was on the street making sure all the sidewalks and streets were tidied up from litter. Very enjoyable visit.

Excellent staff

Every single staff interaction was great, from the moment of check in to the time I checked out: friendly, courteous, efficient, helpful. The location can't be beat as it is within walking distance of everything you'd want to visit. I was usually too tired but they have an excellent bar at the lobby that was usually pretty full in the afternoons. Great overall.
