Love this place! Excellent staff and our room was great - it was clean, the bed was comfortable and the bedding was fantastic. There is no microwave, but there is a drawer fridge, a room safe, a Nespresso machine, hand held steamer, blow dryer, hangers and a lighted magnifying vanity mirror plus plenty of storage. It's two blocks from a SEPTA station and Reading Terminal Market which has all kinds of food plus the hotel has a restaurant and donut shop. The Fashion District is about three blocks from the hotel - lots of shopping. Love Park is within walking distance and there's a visitor center where you can get a PHLASH bus pass for $5 for the whole day and hit about 14 different tourist stops. Hotel staff arranged a cab to the airport for us and it cost $33 + tip. We highly recommend this hotel.

Very mediocre stay

Very disappointing. Room very small but maybe not unexpected in a horizontally challenged mega city. Shower was set to only warm water unless buttons were pressed which didn’t really do the job. Coffeemaker in the room was broken as well as the filtered water unit in the hall. Biggest disappointed was that a breakfast was not provided. Had to be ordered from an expensive menu. On the + side, the location was great and the staff very friendly although they seem understaffed. There are many other hotels in the same location and we will try those on our next visit.

The scent this hotel has is amazing. The toiletries are the best and everything about the bedding is comfy. I slept better than I have in a while. Staff is friendly and informative. The water and ice machines are the best and the coffee is yum! Highly recommend.
