The property really was very clean except a couple of things I noticed let me know it's old like a panel leaning against the wall that covered the air conditioner, style of the closet door, missing a piece that holds the filter in the coffee maker. It was really quiet especially since there is an airport nearby.

I love everything about my room. Very clean and I had a great view. The food options, bar, gym and pool were nice. My Only complaint was the air conditioning in my room was very loud. I made it hard to fall asleep.

Great location. Hotel staff were more than accommodating. Food in the restaurant was very good. The only demerit was the waitstaff in the restaurant, not very attentive with only one other patron besides our party.

Hotel is dated.

Staying at this particular hotel used to be a very pleasant experience. Not so much now. Room was ok , but you could tell whoever cleaned it was in a hurry. Bed was worn and dated. The hotel showed its age . It needs to be gutted and refreshed Front desk had 1 staff member trying her best to do everything. Including watching the check in line get longer while she tries to help a foreign couple not her fault nor the couples just not enough help

Bad 1st anniversary celebration

To celebrate my 1 year anniversary it wasnt the best experience. The rooms look a little outdated doesnt really look like the photos and also during the stay the fire alarm went of fin the morning causing us to have to wake up early to evacuate and the bathroom was old looking and look like they tried to paint from time to time but doesnt look good. The tub wasnt the cleanest i brought my own lysol and cleaned it out . Wasnt what i expected for my anniversary but it was just a lesson learned not to stay at that location again. Usually four points are nicer but this one needs work was dissapointed

Few things stand out ,fire alarm at 7am , trash outside my window stacked up trash dumpster an had old stuff hotell must be throwing out . The place was packed so im sure im not the only one who opened the window shade an saw what looked like a landfill. Last but not the 25 dollar parking fee after all the fees you charge 25 for parking ? No attendant walling around parkinglot , no security walking around parking lot but you need 25 dollars from people that are staying? Outrageous!!!!

The location and cleanliness of the Hotel were great. I checked in at around 9:00 PM, and the front desk staff was rude and disrespectful. The woman was un happy and had difficulties handling multiple tasks. She was even kind of upset with her coworker. Then, from the reserved two rooms, one room, the card was not working and could not open. This led to multiple trips to the front desk, causing unnecessary inconvenience. After several attempts, the maintenance tech was called to resolve the issue. Finally, the door opened. The room did not meet our expectations. To our surprise, there was no mirror in the bathroom, and the hand wash sink was located in an unexpected spot, next to the main door. The AC, instead of providing comfort, was a source of disturbance due to its loud and disruptive noise. The Fire alarm went off around six am, and we needed to evacuate. All in all, for someone who wants to get a good night's sleep, the hote is not recommended.
