Slippery bath tub. Be extra cautious.

We arrived at the hotel one hour earlier than the check-in time. So, we waited one hour at the hotel for the room to get ready. However, they they didn't have a room for us until 3:30 pm. When I took a shower on the bathtub, it was so slippery that I felt badly. Wish that there was a sign to remind us to put in the bath mat before we walked into the tub. I had to limp until I got back home. Luckily it was the last day of my vacation.

So to kick this off, I have never been inside Philly for more than one night until this recent trip. This trip required me to find a hotel that was SECURE, as I was transporting two desktop gaming PCs, one being worked on at the hotel, the other got delivered in NJ. The hotel parking setup and everything did not disappoint, and the staff was very helpful. As for the hotels location, it got a 3 star on location due to...well, it's inside the city, it's noisy as hell and everyone is using their horns during the night. That's the only downside. As for the room I was in, the bathroom was just TOO small to use. For someone big and at 6'3" it was rough to use the toilet all the time, it was like fitting in an NASA escape capsule. Getting in and out during the visit was straight forward with the staff running the parking garage. I would advise making sure your parked against the walls, so you can keep the keys. If your going to be blocking others in, they will need your keys in case you need to move it. Overall, out of 5 stars I'm giving it a 4

So a couple things about this stay - first off, they don’t advertise ANYTHING prior to your stay. How much MANDATORY parking is ($39 a night) or the fact that they don’t take certain types of card payments. One of which being the way I was planning on paying. Luckily, I was able to transfer money to my husband to officially pay for the room since we traveled out of state with no other means. Then. Night one. We get stuck in the elevator for a hot minute. Super scary. Same elevator went out of commission as well during my 2 night stay. Going from expecting less than $480 for my 2 night stay to paying $600 was a major blow that caught me off guard. With all of that being said, the location of the hotel was perfect and it served its purpose for sure. Just was not as advertised with other issues to go with it

I liked the hotel, loved the pool, the staff could be better though. The guy at the front desk was a bit rude and one of the housekeeping staff sucked their teeth when I asked for a roll of toilet paper. Other than that, the breakfast was phenomenal and the pool was nice.
