Room was spacious and clean. Breakfast area was nice but we only had coffee/hot chocolate so can’t speak to that. Walls were thin and we could hear our neighbors clearly. We felt safe and the location was central/walkable to most popular attractions.

Best customer service in a long time!

This hotel had literally the best customer service I've had in a long time, possibly ever! The staff were ALL great. My room was well-appointed, comfortable, and clean. The location is excellent with lots of restaurants, etc.
