My stay here for my son's 2nd Birthday was great! Brooke at the front desk was amazing, she answered all of my questions and helped me with all of my needs, such as tea, towels, she even offered the general area as space to sing happy birthday. She was pleasant and very knowledgeable about the surrounding area and the hotel details. The morning breakfast was nice, always a place to sit even with a wedding party in attendance and the areas were clean and comfortable. I would definitely stay here again.

Love my visit at this holiday inn. We had a pleasure to meet Brook. She was amazing. Very nice and helpful. Even the staff that worked the breakfast in the morning was nice and helpful and kept everything clean.

Really great stay overall but getting into the room was a problem. I made this reservation for my husband and called ahead of time to see if it was ok that my name was on the reservation not his. They assured me that there would be no issue. Unfortunately, when my husband arrived they almost didn’t let him stay because of this. I had to beg them to let him stay and promise that it’s me who made the reservation. Luckily, upper management did let him in, but we almost lost the reservation because of the conflicting information.

Room had hair everywhere. The bathroom sink was dirty. Tub had mold in it. The floor had stains everywhere. It wasn’t even the room I asked for. My kids were so tired i literally scrubbed everything and took the loss. The worst part I was on the first floor and the exit door to outside didn’t even lock. But I wouldn’t return.
