Needs some TLC

The overnight desk staff and the shuttle driver were amazing. My flight was delayed so I arrived after 1am. They were helpful and made me feel safe. The room however - had seen better days. Water took over 2 mins to warm up. SUPER LOW water pressure out of the traditional shower head so I had to use the hand held. The window only had a pull down shade, no curtains. It had been pulled down too long and could not be raised so let in light from the parking lot, shining right on the bed. Two of the 4 bath towels provided had pubic hairs on them. I had to call down and request a blow dryer.

AC was broken, room heated up to 80 which made it impossible for my kids to sleep. The pull out couch mattress was stained and the “bedding” provided was one sheet and a stained pillow. This was my airport go-to, not any more

Very disappointed. They ran out of food at breakfast. They did not clean makeup room even when they said they would do it. Their excuse was that it was a holiday weekend and they were fully booked. I would imagine the opposite, know they were sold out for the weekend, they should have made sure that there would be ample food for the included breakfast and adequate staff to meet the needs. If I can avoid it, I will never stay there again.

Like: hot breakfast, all day tea/coffee station, free parking & shuttle services. Overall the stay was comfortable. Areas for improvement: courtesy and friendliness of staff (significantly varied depending on who you encountered), food services during breakfast was slow and definitely not enough food. I sat close to the breakfast station and witnessed the situations that people had to constantly ask staff to replenish more food and staff refused to provided more food for multiple people because it was 8:45AM and the breakfast was closed at 9 AM. I have never seen these scenarios in other hotels and felt bad for those people.

For the price,we were very disappointed in the breakfast.We have had better breakfast in lower end hotels.Also,we do not like the trend in hotels,not ever coming in to clean or fix our bed.If ever in the area again,this hotel would not be my choice.

My sister in laws and I spent one night here for our Girls Night Out...Waiting to Exhale edition....when I tell you a time was had....it is the truth..Home 2 Suites made sure we had everything we needed...the fire pit out side was amazing ..the staff wonderful...and attentive..the property spotless...location great..
