Beautiful property centrally located. With the exception of the fire alarm going off at 1am and having to evacuate down stairs, we had a pleasant stay.
My second Time staying at this property, service is still up to par and amenities are really good. Adding on staff are really professional and well trained.
Property was quiet. We had a great view of the city. The staff was helpful and friendly. We had an issue with the TV and help came within 10 minutes. Very prompt. Everything was in walkable distance. Checking in and out was easy.
Everyone on the staff was very friendly, particularly the people who work in the restaurant during breakfast. As far as negatives, it was weird that there was no literature in the room about the hotel. Also, it would be nice to have a chair in the room so that you can sit somewhere other than the bed.
