Street parking is mostly available. However, sometime it is difficult to find the spot.
No parties or events.
No drugs or illicit behavior.
No smoking, vaping, or marijuana in the home, on/near balconies or within 25 feet of the building.
No excessive noise or loud music after 10 pm.
No guests or overnight visitors not listed on your reservation.
No shoes in the home.
Only flush toilet paper
Keep the home clean and tidy, and report any damages or missing items to your host.
Comply with all city and building bylaws.
Keep the quiet hours between 10 pm and 7 am, this is strictly enforced.

Age requirement: 25 years and older.

We are not renting to local residents of the Philadelphia and surrounding area at this time.

$500 fee for removing any or all guests/occupants.
$500 fee for excessive noise.
$500 fee for smoking.
$500 fee for violation of the house rules.
$65/hr fee for unauthorized late check-out every hour past your check-out time.
$50/person fee for people in the unit that is not on the reservation, and for each person in the unit past the number of guests booked.
