The architecture was nice, especially on the east entrance headed towards Reading Terminal Market. The place on the whole could use a refresh, busted lamp shade, grooves in the coffee table, stain on the couch.

This hotel was right in the middle of downtown so we could walk everywhere! The rooms were nice and the vibe of the hotel was really cool. Valet was only parking option but expensive. We found a lot around the corner for less.

Not a great hotel. Confusing breakfast that was not good (had an English Muffin from the bar -- muffin was very sweet for an English Muffin and butter was very cold which was a pain and not necessary, the only add in for the coffee was cream nothing else was out). The front door weighs a ton and there is no doorman and no luggage carriages outside so it is a constant slog to get things to the room. But no one offered to help so that's great.

The staff from valet, to guest relations were wonderful. Very friendly to accommodate requests for travel tips around the city, and general conversation. The atmosphere, decor, security, and scent associated with the hotel is welcoming. I wished they sold their signature lotion onsite. The location is ideal for access to all points and is walking distance to many attractions and destinations. The beds and pillows could use an upgrade for comfort.

The location was super convenient. One thing I want to note was some unprofessional front desk staff. The lady did not tell us anything about the food and beverage credit, nor did she mention about the uber credit. We found out through the message sent from Expedia. We later asked another staff about the uber credit and left our email. I waited over 6 hours to get the uber voucher. This was not acceptable. The next day, I asked about the second uber voucher. This time the front desk lady Ming was extremely efficient and kind. I received the voucher right away. Please train the other staffs as this was such a simple thing.
