A comfortable hotel in a great location for a great price. The room was small, but that was fine, since I was by myself. Regardless, the room was clean and comfortable. The location of the hotel is great, as it's walking distance to all kinds of shopping, bars, and restaurants. And parking is right across the street.

Great property with fantastic staff. Restaurant and food are excellent but no breakfast served which is a real shame. You can get odd bits from the little cafe but not the same. Locality is good if a little run down. Easy to walk to the major attractions. Rooms are compact but modern and clean. Air con is very noisy at time. Overall a great hotel.

Great but thin walls, poor shower

Exactly what I was looking for, great location, incredible service- a wonderful reception staff with fantastic customer service, very welcoming and knowledgeable. The one drawback was the thin-ness of the walls. When a neighbor opened their drapes I was convinced my drapes were being pulled. The sound of a tv next door was loud enough to make it so I couldn’t hear the content on my tv, but quiet enough so that I couldn’t quite make out what they were watching. And I couldn’t pinpoint where the sound was coming from. Also highly disappointed by the shower. The temperature never got truly warm, and the water pressure was unacceptable. The rest was so positive I’m really devastated the walls were thin and the shower was unacceptable or this property would be a complete gem.

Great Center City stay

Great hotel in a great location. The service was excellent throughout the property. The coffee bar in lobby was great and had a number of tables where I could get some work done. There are tons of restaurants and shops nearby. Parking across the street was easily accessible ($42 / 24 hours, $50 / 24 hour for in/out privileges.) Will definitely stay here again!
