Aside from the location of the hotel, which was convenient to so many sites, this hotel was average. It had the potential to be outstanding but was really just so-so beginning with the awkward driveway and valet service and ending with the same: a 35 minute wait for our car (which cost a whopping $69.00/night). Our room was clean and the beds were comfortable but the decor seemed like an aftertho

The mattress needs to be replaced. I prefer a desk and chair to a bar height table and barstools. The staff was very accommodating and the breakfast buffet excellent, although coffee or tea is an extra $6-8.

We weren’t wowed by the customer service. Most of the staff (except for the gentleman outside who were excellent) didn’t seem like they were very personable nor very welcoming. Just doing their job and looking less than amused. Location was excellent and rooms were very clean!

The rooms were stuffy, the rooms looked old, the bartender in the hotel was rude and very dismissive when he came to me. The experience was not like I expected I paid 450 dollars for a stay and it was definitely not worth it.
