We have stayed at the Windsor whenever we have been in Philadelphia for the last 15 years. The staff is excellent. Everyone is very friendly and professional. The condition of the rooms has definitely gone downhill though. They appear to be making some upgrades, but way more are needed. Our bathtub and faucet were so deteriorated that we decided to skip the showers. But we really appreciate the full kitchens and spacious rooms. There aren’t a lot of dining options nearby, which is pretty inconvenient. You need to go a few blocks to get a restaurant that is open before 11, which is a pain if you have early appointments and want a decent breakfast first. They do have fresh coffee in the lobby, which we really appreciate.
