The room was clean and nice. Staff were kind and professional. I have stayed this hotel several times, and the only negative aspect is the check-in process. It is way way way too long. You really need to streamline the checkin process

When we checked in our room, we discovered a large black flying beetle on the wall. We called Front Desk at 10:33 PM but was put on hold for an extended amount of time. The AC also made a loud noise throughout the night. Upon check out, I did make mention of my concerns but was returned with a request to call or return later to speak to a manager. Overall stay was not pleasing. Thank You.

The outdoor seating with fire table was very inviting, however it was the smoking section. It would be nice to have a similar space that was non-smoking. We wished they had granola or hot oatmeal at breakfast.
