Overall Civana is lovely but it falls short in a few areas. Front desk needs more staff. They are the point of contact for many things and often only one person manned the front leading to long waits. Food is a bit hit or miss. My initial room smelled like a fart but they were able to move me. Every issue I brought up was addressed so kudos for that.

Perfect Getaway!

OMG! What an amazing pick this was! After researching multiple resorts I picked Civana since it seemed such a perfect combination of modern elegance, idyllic setting and checked all my boxes - Spa, pool, mountain views and peaceful atmosphere. Civana was all this and more! For a Vegan, this is a haven of delicious smoothies, wraps and desserts that are clean, healthy and mouth watering! Definitely returning with family and friends.
