Staff was absent from property. I went down to the front dest at 9:15 to ask for 2 more pillows (only 4 in a king room?) and she had “left the building” to go get change according to the customer first in line. I was one of four persons/families waiting for her in the lobby. Our room was dirty and smelled like a grease pit. The microwave smelled like fish and had a huge hair clump in it. I touched and used as little as possible. Might got get tested for hepatitis next week.

The hotel is very poorly maintained with horrible smells, and there were young groups of people who spit on the ground inside the elevator left trash around the lobby area and we’re generally not polite or clean. Hotel staff seemed oblivious to any of this. Would never stay in this hotel again.

Staff was kind and friendly, but the hotel smells of cigarette smoke, the corridor of our floor was dirty, the room was "clean" but definitely was in rough shape. Paint missing/peeling from the walls, curtains dirty in bedroom, laminate countertops falling apart, the inside of our rooms fridge and microwave were dirty. The bathroom shower discolored and stained dirty. For what we paid for one night, the room did not quite come up to standards with the price.
