Enjoyed stay. Clean room Comfortable bed & pillows. Slept well. Wish Tv had streaming services, though. Only cable tv was available. Tub/shower needs a not slip mat. Almost slipped getting into shower the first time.

The property is outdated, the sinks has rust stains, the shower head had rust and soap scum, the shower in general reminded me of the small showers that are on the cruise ships. I love double staying at double tree by Hilton properties however this one was the worse for me.

Property was great, an old-school vibe, with a great pool and bar/restaurant. The room was clean and comfortable, my only complaint was that the AC unit was very loud, but it did keep the room comfortable!

This was a vacation trip for me and my boyfriend, Matt the driver was so nice he picked us up from the airport. The hotel was not what I expected… From pictures of the website Room was smaller than picture . The room conditions were ok . We tried the hotel restaurant is nothing to brag about to friends , expensive payment not to have good food. Let’s move on to the toilet of which it got clogged so I called down to the front desk no one answered so I called through the outside line the front desk answered I explained to him what was going on and he stated right away we will send someone. Someone came alright the worker knocked on the door and said here pass us the plunger and said I do not do this job, so now me and my boyfriend are heated . He did what he had to do (boyfriend). Of which he is an inspector as his job title. My boyfriend went to management she stated oh very nonchalant they sent someone up that didn’t know how because they did not want to do the job.. But we can give u a complimentary breakfast. Like excuse me breakfast I was so disappointed because things could have went left water everywhere. U know… Hotel was rated 4 stars —-what a shocker Will not Suggest this hotel. Just not worth the money need a two day refund from the headache from disappointment we endured ..
