Nice location. Easy access to gas stations, Hole in the Rock mountain, Phoenix zoo, food selections. Front desk clerks & attendants were friendly! Quick room service! Pool area was clean & nice.

I recommend!

Lovely place, we enjoyed our stay including breakfast in the restaurant on premises. We also bought pain killer at their convenience store. The only negative is that the elevator nearest our room was out of order, no big deal, there was another, we just had to walk a little further.

Reponse 2: Je reponds à la réponse inacceptable. 1) le numéro donné ne fonctionne pas 2) jai envoyé un message comme énoncé a un autre numéro je n'ai jamais eu de réponse. 3) je me suis rendu a l'endroit comme indiqué dans le message à la porte 5 et lorsque j'ai appelé vous m'avez indiqué la porte 7, juste à cote 4) je vous ai donné mon numéro à nouveau, vous ne m'avez jamais appelé lorsque vous étiez la. Arretez de trouver des excuses, le service n'est pas a la hauteur. La chambre est correcte, néanmoins l'endroit reste tres bruyant. Le service de transfert à l'aéroport n'est pas correcte. Nous avons contacté le service 3 fois, zvons attendue plus d'une heure sans que personne ne passe. Nous avions indiqué la bonne porte le bon endroit mais aucune voiture nest resté plus de 3mik attendre. Nous avons du payer un taxi 20 dollars. Arrivé à l'hôtel nous expliquons la situation, la personne de l'accueil nous dit qu'il est passé plusieurs fois. Ce qui est totalement faux. Nous ne recommandons pas cet hotel, et ne reserverons pas non plus dans une semaine.

The room was not very clean, and basic amenities were missing — no dish soap in the kitchenette, no sheets for the pull-out bed, and the “king” bed was noticeably small. The TV wasn’t a smart TV and didn’t allow streaming or casting. Worst of all, a loud alarm went off around midnight with no explanation, waking up our entire family. Definitely not the standard we expect from DoubleTree.

The hotel and rooms were very nice. The parking charge was not appreciated since I was already staying at the hotel. Why they don't have a system in place that collects the license plate for the vehicle and records it for occupancy in the lot when lesser valued places do so it's beyond me. But, it is what it is I reckon.
