The staff was very friendly. We love the Breakfast and kick back in the evenings. The rooms were clean and it was very convenient if you are going to Six Flags Hurricane Harbor. The popcorn in the Main lobby was also fun for the kids and made it feel very homey.

It was good. But… so many people stay there that the pool is always full. Sooo many people at breakfast. They need to move thi gs around so people aren’t bunched up in the area. They have cereal right next to oatmeal, juice, milk, and coffee. Long line for the waffle bar. It was terrible.

The front desk staff was amazing, in fact everyone from housekeeping to the bartender had a smile on their face and went out of their way to provide top notch customer service. The rooms were spacious and clean with super comfy beds.The best part..free dinner, free breakfast and free cocktails.

Spending so much money on travel, it was great to walk in and be able to get hot and delicious food. They had a free 5:30 to 7 meal. Also each guest gets 3 free alcohol drinks. But you have to get it before 7pm. (The only bummer). There was also popcorn you can eat. Then complimentary breakfast was nice. And if you want something else they have a restaurant inside the hotel. Btw, the room was nice and clean.
