Raven at the guest service gave me my room key but I had to ask how to get to my room and hours for pool and breakfast as she didn’t tell me any of that. I felt she was in a hurry to get rid of me. And disappointed I didn’t come in with the rental cars plate number. The rooms were clean and comfortable. Breakfast was good. The hot tube was not a hot but rather a cold whirlpool tub. The phone in the room wasn’t actually pulled and and there was no way to plug it into the way which was a bit concerning. The front desk didn’t seem bothered by this.

Nice hotel for the value. Staff was great and friendly. My room was warn and could use a refresh. Pool area was nice. The location was very good as it was close to shopping and offsite restaurants. If you’re looking for a simple place to stay, this will suit you m.

I was there for just one night. I did not use the amities. The room was very nice. The front desk staff were very friendly and helpful. The reason for my good rating is I don’t understand why they charge for parking. Seems to be unreasonable.

Nice and Convenient

Nice, clean hotel with great staff. Excellent location with everything in walking distance. Only complaint-with most hotels- is the Low-Flo shower heads. This hotel has soft water. Between that and the lack of pressure it was impossible to feel like I got all rinsed off. No more regulation on the shower head’s so get rid of them.

Overall, our stay was good, the only thing that I’d say was a little unfortunate was that we checked in at 4pm and check in is at 3 pm….. we were told our room was not ready, the room that we booked was a room with two queens, I know I settled for a room with just a king, but when you book a room and expect it to be ready and it’s not, I think that’s a damper to start off a trip. Other then that hotel is nice, safe, a lot of stuff around.
