WORST LOCATION EVER. I’m writing this review after a horrible night sleep at this hotel..I don’t get how some of the reviews say this hotel is quiet because it is far from that! If you enjoy sleeping to a metro train running every ten minutes untill 11pm and cars driving down the street all night right outside your window then this would be the place for you.. but it definitely wasn’t for us! the rooms were somewhat clean but we did find a used pregnancy test stuck to a cup next to the coffee maker so that was off putting. Also the rooftop pool was very small and NOT heated. This is not a family friendly hotel at all and we are beyond disappointed with our stay. definitely pick a different hotel if your looking for a nice peaceful stay somewhere.

Went to visit our daughter who lives in the area, and this hotel is perfect location for us. The rooftop pool area is also very beautiful at the time of year we visited (not too hot yet).

Hyatt Place has figured out to squeeze a bit more profit to the detriment of branding that created a loyal following. The living area has shrunk, fresh melon is gone from breakfast and the showerhead is now so low presuure that one spends more time trying to rinse off soap. It is still a perfectly serviceable mid-range chain but now genericized to be indistinguishable from its all suite, breakfast-included peers. This one is a great location for ASU visitors.

I did not get the room I booked. I specifically paid for a room that had a bathtub, and it came at a higher charge. At the hotel, I was then given a room without a bathtub. When I informed the front desk, they said nothing could be done about that. I wanted a bathtub to enjoy a fine hotel experience and to have a relaxed staycation so that I felt rejuvenated when I returned to work the following week. I find this unfair, and feel like I did not get to have the stay I wanted.
