Kick out early . The response for why I was getting kicked out. She don't know. Room smelled of cigarettes . TV was a box television from the early 2000s . Stains on wall fixtures crooked or broken if worked.
I stayed at Premier Inn Metro Center for 6 days and 5 nights. I reserved the Deluxe King room non- smoking but I did not receive that room because it was suppose to include a fridge and microwave. The room I received was one that had no fridge or microwave. It had a strong odor of cigarette and had cigarette burns on the bed sheets. The window had no privacy screen, the curtains were extremely dirty and the room furniture was damaged and dirty. The phone in the room did not have connection so I could not get in contact with the front desk. I had to walk to the front desk or call from an outside phone. The room I received was where there was the most noise. I could not sleep because people were making noise at night i.e. talking, arguing, laughing, yelling etc. all night until I had to tell them to please be quiet at 3AM because it was excessive every day. This caused me to have headaches because of the lack of sleep. My stay at this location was very unpleasant. I had more than one encounter with people that were unconsciously on drugs or were homeless. I did not feel safe and only saw the security guard once during my stay. I will need a refund for the room change and inconvenience of my stay. I am extremely disappointed with this purchase.

Disliked: Staff & service
I was barely able to get a room. And I only got it for 1 night. I booked for 2.
This is one of the worst places we have stayed in even in our youngest, poorest times. It appeared that it had just been reopened after many years vacant and left to be vandalized. There is nothing even close to the pictures and descriptions advertising it except the pool and hot-tub. There are no rooms that could be called "deluxe".
Cockroach infested. Drug use and homelessness on property. Room smells terrible. Walked into the room and turned around and asked for my money back immediately.
It smelled bad, lots of people using drugs, a lot of noise, we asked for a non smoking room, it smelled horrible of cigarette , SCARY a lot

The motel is in a bad neighborhood, lots of shady people roaming around. The room had busted curtains, it smelled way too much of pinesol, the bed was hard, no real furniture in the room and the bathroom smelled. Not staying here again!!
