Its ok

The staff was amazing however I paid for a one bed room got two queen beds which was not an issue after walking through the floor I found that my white socks were completely black. Hair in the tub the room was not quote unquote clean but the bed was clean and made up very nice again the service was absolutely great I was not there to complain I just wanted to sleep and get back to work

Excellent location!

We came for the Nascar races. Checking in was amazing. Yonna was very nice and extremely helpful. We got there in the evening and she was in good spirits. Smiled, was friendly. Had lots of information and answered all our questions. The lobby was clean and smelled good. The location was excellent! Close to so many things to do and places to eat. There is a sports bar connected so you don’t have to drive anywhere if you want a drink a bit. The bartender Crystal [I believe} is very nice and friendly. She gave us a lighter cuz we forgot ours. We were pretty happy during our stay.

Our room smelled like mildew, the toilet was not cleaned. Our sheets were not changed before arrival (crumbs and hair stuck to the sheets). Continental breakfast was extremely limited.

Tori, the front desk that greeted us was so nice and very helpful. After a long drive it was nice to be greeted by a friendly person. Ac doesn’t work well and a the showers were dirty. Good thing I travel with Clorox wipes and cleaned the shower. Fairly quiet for the area

An update is definitely needed. It is a great location for restaurants and spring training at camel back but they never brought us extra towels despite repeated calls. Breakfast was out of most of their food an hour before the scheduled end time, the pool water didn’t look clean.

Just ok

It was ok, the room smelled really bad we had to ask for new room, they didn't have one so the brought us an air freshener. We think it was the a/c once we turned it off it got better. Our room face freeway so it was a little loud. It's basically a place to sleep I think it's a little expensive for what it is.

The room was not very clean, floor was dirty, bathroom floor was dirty, the toilet seat was half off (bolt missing), shower curtain did not cover the tub so water flooded floor 1st night, hot tub jets did not work, no hot water in the morning-management said they were working on it, but we checked out and went someplace else for 2nd night and because booked with Expedia we couldn't get $ back. Will NEVER go to a Quality Inn again (it was a dump) and paid $220 a night for that - and no refund

The room had paint smeared on the baseboard behind where a couch or hideabed should be. The shower was slippery with no grab bar and it had mold in the ceiling. The TV did not work. We were offered another room but declined.

Staff were quite helpful. Alarm clock had to be unplugged due to intermittent static. Curtains were partly off their track and sagging. Coffee maker was not restocked. Housekeeping did not wipe out sink and counter or make beds when requested. Facility needed painting. I would not stay again.
