We had a really nice stay. The staff was great and Morgan at the front desk found us a great suite close to an exit that made it work well traveling with our mini Schnauzer. Breakfast was good in a very clean and new environment and Angela was very gracious, up-beat and made us feel at home! We would choose to stay again. Thanks

My room had the weirdest odor for our entire 3 day stay. It smelled almost like a yeast (yuck!) and would not go away despite spraying body spray, opening windows, putting on exhaust fans and even frying bacon. It was really strange and also pretty funky. Front desk girls were very sweet and friendly though, the woman who ran breakfast wasn’t very nice and would close off the area before breakfast hours were even over.

The room with one exception was wonderful. It was clean, spacious, and very well equipped. I repaired the ice maker in the room so we could have ice and after the first night, figured out how to close the blackout curtains on the windows. Parking was decent and close to the room. Beverages purchased in-hotel were expensive. The exception was the bathtub, which has the safety grab bar on the wrong end of the tub. My wife fell while climbing out of the tub and broke her big toe and bruised the other toes. Except for that exception, our stay was very nice and since my wife is getting cancer treatment at City of Hope, the hotel was a relief for her and was a pleasant experience for both of us.

The couch was broke in our room and dirty dishes left in the cabinet I’m not one to rate a hotel, but this was upsetting as we had three in our party. So the couch was needed for sleeping. I really thought our experience was going to be positive, but I was very disappointed.

Breakfast was good with a lot of options. Staff were very friendly. I really appreciated the front desk attendant printing out Disney characters and giving coloring pencils to my daughter. It was very thoughtful and generous. Hot tub was nice and the pool is heated. I’d come back here again

The studio suite was so spacious! The bed was comfy, and the jacuzzi tub in-shower was a nice bonus. I really enjoyed my stay, and will be booking here whenever I return to Goodyear.

Suite was a little outdated but they were doing renovations on the above floor so think it will be getting updated soon. Suite was very spacious. The free breakfast each morning was delicious! Staff was very friendly. If ever come back to Phx, will stay here again.
