The water pressure was HORRIBLE !! And I mean HORRIBLE. The shower stopped running water for 2 minutes while I had soap in my eyes … ruined my whole trip not being able to shower confidently

My reserved room was given to another guest and the replacement room was said to be the same but it was not - it had a slippery tub rather than roll in shower. The windows/walls did not muffle the sound of the highway.

Below is a direct report submitted to Marriot corporate in regards to an African American Individual that many employees have identified as their “boss:” At 1500 She unilaterally tried to end my stay when I already purchased it and it was acknowledged. How much do I have to go on? The PD showed and she had the audacity to tell them I am "yelling," and banned me from the premise. This individual made me feel extremely unsafe and she unlawfully forced me to exit the premises. This is extremely ludicrous and will NOT BE TOLERATED BY ME. The employees are fearful of her, repulsed by her, evident in their uniform demeanor towards her. “Yeah this boss isn’t sensible isn’t reasonable.” This is a pervasive pattern of disrespect towards all employees and guests, and she needs to be immediately dismissed for her unlawful actions today. I will be seeking civil prosecution against her. I will be needing a resolution from both Expedia and Marriot.

Below is a report I made to Marriot corporate: I am writing a concern to you in regards to an employee at Residence Inn by Marriott Phoenix West/Avondale. This is an African American female who refused to identify herself and noted by employees to be their "boss." She had never been seen wearing a name tag, whereas everybody else has been seen wearing name tags. She repeatedly harassed me and badgered me through repeated phone calls, while I had already informed her respectfully in person that I booked another night of stay. This is around 1400 12/20/25, and I was on the phone with the police department regarding a serious concern I have towards another individual that may be homicidal or suicidal. I had to unplug the phone as I was repeatedly harrassed and could not focus, being on the phone with a police officer regarding this situation. I had already conveyed to this individual that I was dealing with a situation involving untreated mental illness and firearms. I conveyed to her kindly and respectfully, and that I already booked another night. This repeated repeated badgering and harassment IS NOT tolerated by me. She refused to identify herself and ended a conversation with me unilaterally by slamming the door on my face, TWICE, when I was trying to communicate with my grievance. I had to call the Police because she started denying entry to my room and my belongings. And she retaliatorily told the police to ban me from premise because I was “yelling.” No yelling by me

The room was a lot bigger than we were expecting, with a separate bedroom. It was very clean and quiet. Everyone was super friendly. The hotel was very easy to get to. We will be staying there again when we are in Phoenix.
