The room was very clean. Only issue was with the room furnishings. There was only a desk chair for use at the desk. It would have been nice to have had an arm chair or something to serve as a sitting area. Also the sink was very small & hard for 2 people to use. Shower was very nice. All in all, it was a good room, but not great.

Very clean place. The cable box wasn't working but the staff fixed it. The bed frames are made of metal so you could hear whenever I moved during the night.

ok except for noisy beds

Beds had metal frames that made noise everytime you sat down or got up - very annoying. We were on 3rd floor and the ice machine was not working so had to go to 1st floor to get. Everything else was good; great having a shopping mall across the street that you can walk to. Outside pool was on north side of building so you were always in the shade - didn't like to even sit out there to read a book in the cooler weather as too cold.

Great location, decent price for a quick one night stay. The room had a strange odour like a dog had been in the room. (No dogs allowed). I stopped in earlier than check in just to see where the hotel was and they said we couldn’t use the public bathrooms prior to checking in. It was just ok.

There was a light by the sink that came on automatically when you approached & shut off after a few minutes. So in the middle of the night when getting up to the bathroom, it came on!!! Not fun when you’re trying to sleep & your spouse goes to the bathroom😥 No easy chair in king room😥.

Staff was extremely pleasant and helpful, room was clean, breakfast offered a good selection, and the location was where I needed to be. However, when I saw a sketchy individual lurking around my car and then picking through the cigarette disposal station in the parking lot, and then saw him check in, my red flag was raised. He asked the clerk if he could have a visitor and she said yes, at which point he went out and wheeled in the person who had been begging for money at the entrance to the driveway. I questioned the staff member about the security and safety features of the hotel, to which I was told that there are cameras. For this reason, I will not stay here again.
