The pictures online don’t necessarily represent the hotel, but it wasn’t horrible. The people that worked there were nice. Rooms were tiny and the shower looked like a pod that you’d be sent to space in. We got two queen beds and they were doubles at best. The AC was literally right next to the bed by the window - I ended up using towels to warm myself up. If I turned the unit off, the other half of the room was hot. At some point they had issues with theft I’m guessing. Prices for stolen things are listed everywhere and there are signs for cameras everywhere. Wasn’t the best feeling being myself traveling with my child alone. Breakfast was ok, nothing special but had eggs, potatoes and some thin bacon. Yogurt and oatmeal were available as was a waffle iron. Standard fare for free breakfast. The place could use an update - It’s in an old mall parking lot with lots of closed stores around it. It sufficed for one night. Cookies were good and the front desk gentleman was super nice!

This was our 2nd time staying at this hotel. Room was clean, received several emails and texts saying our room was ready for when we arrive. Staff was polite and always helpful. Complimentary breakfast was very good. Check out was great. The only thing I can say is that the deposit is high ($200). However, it’s returned immediately without any delay. We will plan to make this place our choice to stay.

6 out of the 8 staff that we interacted with were extremely personable and provided great customer service! The breakfast had several options (The only downside about breakfast was that the coffee was REALLY hot and the cups were too hot to hold as there were no sleeves a ailsble.) The pool and hottub were nice additions. A large mall was right across the road. Several dining and shopping options within walking distance. Very safe area. Convenient access to many area attractions as well as the airport.

The staff was nice, however the manager gave attitude and was making check in difficult. It took us an hour to get checked in and they still called us back down after we were already asleep from a 5 hour trip. We were told we would get a room with a king bed and got a room with two full beds. Breakfast was decent, probably would not stay there again.
