Want to test out your newly developed quarantine cooking or mixology skills in the fully-stocked kitchen? Or sip on some hot cocoa in front of the modern fireplace? How about a game on the Xbox One S on the 74” TV? We’ve got you!

The home includes 4 bedrooms, which are designed for comfort and style and allow for a variety of sleeping arrangements. When you need to have some peace and quiet, you can stream your favorite show in the bedroom of your choice.

And finally, saving the best for last, THE BACKYARD! This huge private resort-like yard is all yours. Take a refreshing dip in the heated saltwater pool or enjoy a relaxing soak in the hot tub. Need some shade? The covered patio with a sofa and hammock chair is the perfect place to milk your sun burn. The Tiki bar includes a gas grill, prep area, mini fridge and seating for four and is the perfect spot to grill out and enjoy your favorite local brew. The 6-hole putting green will certainly be the highlight! It’s the perfect set up to practice your game before your debut at one of the bazillion nearby beautiful golf courses. Head 19 minutes to immerse yourself in the natural desert beauty at the McDowell Sonoran Preserve, or drive 11 minutes to hike in the Phoenix Mountains Preserve. This is a central location for the best shopping, dining, hiking, and golf that Scottsdale has to offer.

Old Town Scottsdale is in reach and offers restaurants, nightlife, galleries, and walkable neighborhoods to explore.

Guests will have full access to the home.

• Pool Heating - $55 per day *Need 48-hour advanced notice, must be paid prior to arrival.

• Important note: From November to February, pool heat typically warms the water to the mid-70s. Without heating, water temperatures can drop into the 40s or 50s. While we do our best to maintain comfortable pool temperatures, weather conditions may affect the exact temperature.

• Must be 25+ in order to book.

• NO PARTIES - all visitors must be listed on reservation and by name on rental contract. No unregistered guests may be on the premises without prior approval.

• Quiet hours after 9PM are strictly enforced to ensure that neighbors are able to enjoy their homes without disturbance.

• Full acceptance of the landlord`s Rental Contract required within three days of booking acceptance.

• Locals must message before booking.

Occupancy & Use

- Do not exceed the maximum occupancy listed.
- Only registered guests are permitted on the property.
- No parties, events, or gatherings without prior written approval.
- Unauthorized guests may result in immediate termination of the stay without refund, in accordance with platform policies.

Noise & Neighbors

- Quiet hours are **9:00 PM – 8:00 AM**.
- Please be respectful of neighbors at all times.
- If management, security, or authorities are called due to noise, unauthorized guests, or neighbor complaints, enforcement-related trip fees of $250+ may apply.

Parking & Vehicles

- Follow the parking instructions provided for the property.
- Do not exceed the maximum number of allowed vehicles without approval.
- Do not block driveways, sidewalks, fire lanes, or restricted areas.
- Parking-related complaints, citations, tows, or service calls may result in trip fees.

Pool & Spa (If Applicable)

- Do not touch, adjust, or modify pool or spa equipment.
- If a pool vacuum is present, do not remove, unplug, or turn it off.
- Service calls or damage caused by misuse will result in fees.
- No glass in or around pool or spa areas.

Smoking

- No smoking or vaping inside the home.
- If smoking is detected and ozone treatment is required, additional cleaning fees of $500+ may apply.

Maintenance

- Report maintenance issues as soon as possible.
- Service calls caused by guest misuse may result in fees.

Lost & Found

- Lost items are not guaranteed to be recovered.
- Shipping within the U.S. requires a $50 fee, which includes handling and shipping.
- Payment is required prior to shipment.

Trash

- Follow all trash and recycling instructions.
- Excessive trash or improper disposal may result in additional fees.

Safety

- Some properties use exterior security cameras and/or noise monitoring devices for safety and neighborhood compliance.
- Do not tamper with or disable monitoring devices.

Rule Violations

- Failure to follow house rules may result in additional fees or termination of the stay without refund, as permitted by platform policies and local regulations.
