I was exhausted and desk staff was warm, welcoming, ang thoughtful.My new puppy showed up the first morning. We spent the day in the comfort of the room; and the quality of the bed helped us be comfortable with each other. The housekeeping staff was very helpful. We both enjoyed our breakfasts. The staff was again very accomodatiing, allowing us to delay our checkout an hour to be closer to our departure time.
Riot loved the luxurious pillows.

Wonderful staff. Room clean.. no carpet so floors cold bring slippers. Shower had lil water pressure. Whole Hotel very clean. Love the size of the rooms. Comfortable beds… location to the outlet mall was great. Didn’t like the 18$ per day parking fee. Will use again. Hope the water pressure will get better
