Arrived at hotel around 10pm, got the free airport shuttle which was quick and convenient. Check-in was fast and simple, staff quickly made us feel very comfortable and immediately in vacation-mode. Bellhop gave us ride in a golf cart with bags through the beautiful grounds to our room. Stunning. We were hungry and were told they offer 24/7 room service. After some trial and error we found the digital room service menu and were slightly disappointed to find the options limited to only 6 items. We ordered three of them. Without going into too much detail, let's just say: two of them were not up to standard, which was disappointing due to the hefty price of the "late night menu." We informed the desk and they collected the food. The next morning at breakfast a staff member approached us and offered her apologies about the food service incident the previous night. She even offered us a complimentary bottle of champagne to make up for the issue. She was beyond excellent. My girlfriend and I decided to extend our stay an additional night based soley on how that one staff member went above and beyond to make things right. She was the gold standard for hospitality. The hotel is beautiful, pool closes at 8pm which seemed a little early for such a beautiful resort. Hot tub would be nice for a late night romantic soak. Not much bad to say other than that one incident. Everything else was premium. Staff was exceptional. Highly recommend; just maybe stick to the normal restaurant menu ;)

At the outset- Pullman Phu Quoc has a wonderful staff I cannot remember all names ( but all the staff are kind empathetic and accommodating) To name a few An, Nhi,Hong Than at the restaurant , Nhi at reception, the manager himself and also the Nurse Our kid fell ill during the trip the nurse came to the room and also came with us to the clinic outside the resort for more than 4-5 hours . Stayed and helped us all the way during our stay The staff sent the breakfast to our room as we could not go to breakfast ( freshly prepared vegetarian food ) The manager even sent our kid a get well soon with fresh fruits The facilities are also good ( we could not do justice) the beach swimming pool the splash area for kids , the kids club , free bicycle , I might have missed out something but will definitely recommend and also come back in the future

Beautiful property, great service. Breakfast buffet was amazing, pool and beach were both great with lots of amenities. Our room was very comfortable and spacious, however I didn’t feel like it was cleaned very well while we were there. It was also cleaned very late, we never got enough towels, always had to call for me and felt like the floor wasn’t cleaned properly as it had sand on the ground. But overall really great resort and definitely recommend staying there while in Phu Quoc.

All of our money stolen from our hotel room

All of our casg (12.5+ million dong) was stolen from a secure location in our hotel room. After multiple calls and emails to the resort they have not taken accountability or resolved the issue. This was all of our money for the remainder of our time in Vietnam, and severely impacted the rest of our trip. Unfortunately, it was also our honeymoon, which we had spent years saving for - all for it to be stolen immediately.

Pullman is first rate in all aspects!

Our 6 night stay at the Pullman was fantastic. The rooms are very stylish and comfortable, the whole resort has a great aesthetic and is perfectly clean. The buffet breakfast was superb, with many ethnicities accounted for, which provided us Canadians with some adventurous options, plus plenty of North American fall-backs. The pastries were delectable, and the various coffees were fantastic. The pool area and beach are chill and there were always chairs available at both. At night the resort was very quiet, which we liked; the Pullman is not for partiers. The service was impeccable and always with a friendly smile. Would highly recommend this resort. Phi Quoc as an island has so many options; we were quite active, and there are still a bunch of places and activities that we didn’t get to!

First time staying at a Pullman hotel so I’m not sure if how much they had for families was normal, but this Pullman hotel was Very good for families with small children. We could easily let our almost three year old explore the pool while we stood from a distance. Multiple levels of water height and lots of room for the little ones to play. They even had a bubble machine that blew massive bubbles into the water. The beach also catered to families with kids by allowing strollers to access the ocean by way of a board walk to the water, to the beach chairs, to grassy areas. The staff were so kind and curious. It made up for some of the issues with cleanliness. Welcome drinks were dirty when we arrived, it was hard to get our room cleaned, called three times one day just to have them come clean the room. Cigarette butts in the chair on the patio; never cleaned up. The floor to our room made your feet black for the first three days until we came in from the pool or out of the shower where we had to mop up the floor. All in all, I would return with small kids. Just a few issues with room cleanliness.
