Receptionist wasn't the most welcoming. We stayed for a few nights in the superior studio kitchenette, the room given from looking at the pictures on the website looked like a normal room from the one we had chosen. On the description the room states soundproofing not sure why as you can hear people talking and scooters going up and down the street. There was no microwave, toaster, dining table, hairdryer in the room. Had room service and didn't change towels but requested them to be changed. Very disappointed with what I paid for and didn't get.

Worst hotel experience ever

The rooms were dirty. Not looked anything like the pictures. Bedbugs won't letyou sleep. Service is horrible. Totally wasted my money staying in this hotel.

Filthy, bathroom with no wall and unpleasant staff

The apartment was not the same we booked. I booked one apartment with 2 king beds and 2 sofa bed, which we found it would fit us better. The room they put us in was with only one king bed, one sofa bed, one single bed and one couch. COUCH! They put a sheet to pretend it was a bed but it was a bamboo couch, ridiculously small and uncomfortable. One couple slept at the sofa bed which was terrible, hard as rock and uneven. I was really sorry about them. I asked the reception to arrange other beds (to match our booking) and they laughed. They arranged a single bed which was ok. But nothing was done about the other king bed. The floor was filthy, impossible to walk barefoot. I asked a broom to clean it and they laughed. And the most bizarre: the main shower was facing the Other building window, like, really?!?! No wall at it, having a shower without any minimum privacy! No sense at all!!!!! I asked them a palliative solution which was a plastic curtain and some tape, but... come on... we felt completely uncomfortable. The staff is ok but not professional.
