I spent 17 days in this beautiful and cosy hotel. It was the best stay in Phuket I have ever had. It is so client oriented, so friendly staff at super location. The rooms are very big, well cleaned every day, white towels, and a big pool area. The only thing I can complain about pricy food at pool area. My special thank you I wanted to express are to Cindi, Kirill and also chef Shishir, аnd Jayant. I will definitely come back again and again. Thank you for your super kind hospitality.

Outstanding service. Phenomenal breakfast and food. Loved the pool and swim up bar. We were so thrilled with our sea view room (4th floor) as the views of the sunset were breathtaking and we could also watch the fire shows at the restaurant and see the pool. Really comfortable and spacious room and patio. The hotel staff put on a wonderful Christmas party in the lobby - with a visit from Santa, games for kids, a children’s choir, and appetizers for adults. It was amazing. So many additional beautiful touches, like a delicious stollen placed in our room and Christmas cookies for the kids. This trip was pure luxury and indulgence. Such lovely staff. We will definitely be back one day.

Very chill stay. Room was in perfect condition, clean and well maintained. Great balcony seating and view. Walk to beach easy and quick, but not the most pleasant. Had spa massage very good, and breakfast was delicious. Half/full board was convenient with continuously open kitchen.

Good staff at hotel. Upgraded room, great pool, excellent breakfast and their top restaurant is very good. We were too tired to eat there and they delivered the meal to our room. The rooms are large and clean. The property is across from the beach. Air conditioning can blast and cannot be turned to a lower speed. Wish all hotels in Thailand got rid of their comforters and provide sheets and blankets.

Stay in this hotel, very nice, The reception staff were extremely respectful and helpful, especially Dawan and pound. but the bit must be change and pillows must be changed I recommend to change the pillow or you put two sizes in the room.

hands down one of the best hotels i’ve ever stayed at! amazingly helpful staff and stunning design at the hotel. restaurants on site were incredible and lots of options for drinks. the pool and fitness room were also very well done. would definitely not recommend visiting phuket but if you must, then don’t stay anywhere other than avista grande!

Good property well Maintained Mixed experience for staff and customer service some people like Shiv Nayar and Gale were great at the same time there was a front desk exec called Sid who has no idea of what he is doing in hotel and what is customer service The brand is good service can get better The location is good some rooms that are sold as sea view open towards a roof top restaurant

Beautiful beach very close by. It was only a one minute walk. Good dining options nearby, which was helpful because the food at the hotel was mid and over priced. All the hotels in the area seem a bit run down, so this is probably your best bet… although the walls could use some mold treatment.
